For a while,I had been looking for a method of exercising that suited me. Some people go to the gym everyday, others do intense at home workouts and others do the weirdest things. None of these were ever suitable for me. I decided to hope onto something that seemed a little easier.I got into skipping rope as exercise. Not long after I decided to join a 1000 jump ropes a day challenge. Honestly the best thing I’ve ever done for my body. It’s quite tiring during the first days but slowly by slowly your body gets used to it. This shocked me but in just a week I could see a difference, I was losing some excess fat and my body was toning itself.In a few more days I was light on my feet when jumping rope if you know what i mean.I would 100% recommend this if you are just trying to get fit or even lose weight.Jumping rope has baller benefits.

Honestly the jump rope is a totally underrated piece of equipment.

It’s not easy to look good everyday,especially when you have a lot to do and are working or studying from home.I have observed and learnt stuff worth sharing.

It’s not a bad thing to want to look good

It’s very true that when you look good you feel good.You feel confident and ready.Some it might be superficial, but that’s judging others for wanting something better for themselves.When you feel good in your body, when you’re confident in what you’re wearing – you’re more open to things and approach life with a different attitude. You’re prepared to meet anyone and you don’t need to hide behind a dumpster or explain yourself for the way you look. 

  1. Wake up a little earlier

Probably something you didn’t expect or want to see here.After a night of restful sleep, our skin is at its best first thing in the morning. And if you’re an early riser, you can take advantage of the morning hours to give your skin some extra TLC. People who get up later in the day tend to focus less on healthy morning habits like hydrating and exercise, which oxygenates your blood and promotes healthy skin. Early morning risers can also use the extra time to exfoliate, moisturize and cleanse.

Moisturizing your skin is important to help prevent further breakouts. When your skin is dry and irritated, it actually causes breakouts and acne. Increased blood circulation and oxygen supply to the skin are clearly visible in the reddening of the skin during exercise.High intensity workouts are the best for your skin. Luckily high intensity is subjective, so don’t get discouraged.

Every time you clean your face you are disrupting the skin barrier. This is especially true if you use harsh detergents or hot water.he skin barrier is responsible for making sure water doesn’t evaporate from skin.It also acts as a protective shield against harmful microorganisms by producing antimicrobial peptides and proteins. You know those days when you go out and you’re just feeling good about how you look, take a picture for future reference or look at those photos you consider your favourite.These pictures will be easiest to interpret your true personal style and should serve as inspiration.
